Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, exchanges, and returns. No exceptions.
- In the case that you have received a defective/damaged product, please contact us immediately to resolve this matter. Any product that is defective/damaged must be communicated to us within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us at ricosiecosmetics@gmail.com.
Processing & Shipping times
- Packages will be shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days after the placement of your order. Standard shipping is $10 for 2-5 days. Express shipping is $20 for 1-2 days. Overnight shipping is $50. Shipping and tracking information will be sent via email.
- Please thoroughly review all personal information before placing your order. Failure to do so may result in lost or misplaced packages.
- In the case that your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier and file a claim. We are not responsible for any lost packages. No exceptions.
- In the event that your package is a “returned-to-sender” or refused package, you are responsible for shipping fees. No exceptions.
